No – Cotswold Pet Cremation will not provide communal cremations – we only provide individual pet cremations, thus ensuring the ashes returned are of your pet and only your pet. There is no mixing of animals and no mixing of ashes for peace of mind – something that we, as pet owners, would want to be reassured of.
Yes – our phone lines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We understand that our services are sometimes needed out of hours, therefore please call to discuss your wishes at any time.
Whilst Cotswold Pet Cremation are not Pet Celebrants, we are able to guide pet owners in the direction of a local Pet Celebrant if needed. A Pet Celebrant can provide valuable support for owners that are wanting to remember their beloved pet through a memorial or thanksgiving service celebrating the life of your special family pet, or when scattering or burying ashes.
Absolutely. For complete reassurance, we welcome you to bring your special pet to us yourself when the sad time comes and your pet has been put to sleep or passed away. This way, you can be reassured that you know exactly where your beloved pet is being looked after, and, also know and be part of the journey that brings them here. As pet owners ourselves, these are the 2 things that we would need to know for peace of mind when dealing with losing our family friend. Please phone to arrange an appointment.
Of course – we understand that when the time comes it can often be overwhelming, and therefore encourage pet owners to discuss their wishes in advance. Please call if you have any questions or would like to chat through at any time.
No – Cotswold Pet Cremation do not euthanise / put animals to sleep. Our service is to individually cremate your pet after they have been put to sleep or passed away – and we will always treat your pet as if one of our own, with care, dignity and compassion.
